ACTEM is pleased to announce the tenth annual Maine Educator of the Year Award. The intention of the award is to seek out exceptional educators who use educational technology to impact student learning. Beginning this year, there are two categories which educators can apply for. The categories honor one teacher and one leader who have demonstrated outstanding achievement and leadership in implementing technology to improve education.

Help us find and reward a visionary educator (or team of educators) and an exemplary leader for outstanding integration of technology into their curriculum.

The Educator of the Year and the Leader of the Year winners will receive cash awards of $2000 with an additional $1000 technology award going to the recipients' school. Two additional $500 cash awards will be given to other nominees as runners-up.
