General Presenter Information
Call for Presenters Proposals
•All presenters should complete an online "Call for Presenters Proposal Form" by clicking here or the link provided above. Questions can be addressed to the MAINEducation 2008 Conference Chair (Contact information listed above). Deadline to submit workshop proposals is April 1st 2008.
Registration
•Conference presenter registration and lunch are offered free, as a small thank you from ACTEM for being part of our conference program.
•Registration is provided for the main presenter and up to one co-presenter. Additional presenters would need to register at the regular conference registration rate.
•Students who participate in conference presentations will also receive free conference registrations. The number of free student registrations given for any presentation is limited to two per workshop.
Equipment Requirements:
•The presenter is responsible for all equipment needed (computer, projector, etc.) for the workshop. A projection screen is available in each of the workshop rooms.
Internet Access:
•The Augusta Civic Center provides wireless internet access in all workshop rooms, exhibit area and throughout the Civic Center.
