Click on the above link for the special ACTEM housing reservation form and details for NECC 2009. ACTEM has reserved a block of rooms at the Hilton Garden Inn, 6 blocks from the convention center. The attached form may be faxed or mailed in. There is no online submission.

ACTEM has reserved 70 rooms for the main three nights of the conference, Sunday through Tuesday June 28, 29 & 30.
There are also 35 rooms available Saturday, June 27.
Two rooms are listed for June 26 and four rooms for Wed., July 1.
You may cancel your reservations prior to April 4, 2009 without penalty. Reservations may be ammended up to June 12, 2009.
No telephone reservations will be accepted, but if you have questions about the online system or about housing in general, please call Experient, the NECC housing bureau, toll-free at 1.888.858.9330, or e-mail necc@experient-inc.com.
ACTEM has chartered a bus to leave Portsmouth, NH at 7:00 AM on Saturday June 27 with a return trip scheduled to leave Washington on Wed. July 1 at 7 PM. If interest is merited, ACTEM will arrange to charter a second bus leaving Portsmouth Sunday June 28 at 7:00 AM with a probable Wed. return also. Details forthcoming in January 2009.
ACTEM members are not obligated to select the Hilton Garden hotel. NECC Washington housing is extremely tight so it is recommended if you are interested in another hotel you sign up ASAP through the NECC housing site.
When registering for NECC remember to indicate you are an ACTEM member. For every 15 ACTEM members that attend NECC, ACTEM receives a complimentary registration for the following year.
