Course Description: Firstclass Admin update FC 10 and Bluefield

Version 10 was released in September 2009 and it includes many, many new features from both a user and admin perspective. This is a one-day session to demonstrate the new features and how to implement them, with a particular focus on Open Text Social Media (OTSM), also known as "Bluefield." You can also ask any and all questions that may have stymied you in your use of FirstClass software. The day is essentially a mind-meld with Gregg Kaloust, an experienced teacher and administrator of FirstClass software for 15 years.

What's new in Version 10?

Try Bluefield before the training session. Send a request to mailto:signmeup@kannoncom.com signmeup@kannoncom.com

People should bring a laptop capable of running a 64 bit FirstClass server. This means a Mac with 4gb RAM or PC with XP Pro or Vista or 7 64 bit, also w at least 4gb RAM. Or Linux.
