The ACTEM Board has been working on revisions to our current By Laws to bring them up to date and reflect current practices of the association. A draft of these By Law changes has been posted to the web on Google Docs at the following address:
Please look over these suggested changes for our January 7, 2008 ACTEM business meeting. Any By Law changes or amendments require us to "provided at least five days written notice" for these to be approved. We are providing this notice by posting these proposed changes on the web through our website and on our listserve.
