Microsoft has partnered with ACTEM (with considerable assistance from Kevin Carr, UMS Office of Strategic Procurement Director) to offer a special School Enrollment for Office Mac for student laptops. This offer pertains to any K-12 student and includes but is not limited to the MLTI population.
Minimum Office Mac order is for 300 student netbooks at $9 each with an annual renewal fee of $9 for 2010, 2011, and 2012. Need less than that? ACTEM will attempt to combine your school with another.
This is a subscription enrollment over a four-year period that includes the latest version of Office Mac. There is no additional shipping or processing charges. Under this agreement you will automatically receive free updates to the next version of Office Mac if released while you are still subscribe. Historically Mac Office versions are released about a year after the new Windows Office is released.
1. Fax (641-2556) or email a P.O. made out to ACTEM for the number of Office Mac licenses (300 or more). Note: ACTEM Institutional membership of $25 for the current school year is required if not already paid.

2. Complete the signature form (attached at top) except for the signature. Print off the form, sign it at the bottom of page 1, scan and send electronically to cdickinson@actem.org. Be sure to include both pages of the form in your final submission even though you will likely have nothing filled in on page 2.
Note: All you need to complete is the bottom left box on page 1 under "Institution." Please include your district's tax number. Electronic submission of this form will expedite order.
3. Complete the School Subscription Form (attached at top) and be sure to include contact information, list of participating schools in your district, and PC Count. No signature is required. Return the completed form to cdickinson@actem.org.
