ADOBE SOFTWARE ACADEMIC LICENSES FOR K-12 MAINE SCHOOLS
Please allow 3-5 weeks for Adobe delivery on orders submitted to ACTEM
Important: All the following information MUST be on your P.O. to ensure prompt Adobe order processing.
1. Full name of contact person and an academic email address (not Hotmail or Yahoo.com)
2. Ship-to school address and phone number.
3. Specify Mac or Windows platform.
4. Include a copy of the media kit for an extra $25 if you do not currently own it. If ordering a media kit please include $8 shipping and handling. Media and licenses (the right to install the product) are sold separately.
Adobe pricing is available to K-12 schools in Maine through a partnership with Adobe Systems, The State of Maine and the Computer Connection at the University of Maine. There are no minimum order quantities.
UPGRADE PLAN
Upgrades for Adobe licenses may be purchased with new licenses only during through August, 2011 when the ACTEM agreement expires. Prices vary depending upon 0-6 months, 7-12 months, or April-August 2010 (18 month pricing on upgrades). Email ACTEM for specific upgrade plan quotes. At the end of your Upgrade term you only need to pay for the upgrade renewal to get another two years.

Design Standard CS5 ($236 license + $30 media + $8 s/h) includes PhotoShop CS5 (Standard edition, not PhotoShop Extended), Illustrator CS5, InDesign CS5, Acrobat 9 Professional, Bridge CS5, Device Central CS5.
Web Premium CS5 ($315 license + $30 media + $8 S/h) includes PhotoShop Extended CS5, Illustrator CS5, Acrobat 9 Professional, Flash Catalyst CS5, Flash CS5 Pro, Dreamweaver CS5, Contribute CS5, Fireworks CS5, Bridge CS5, Device Central CS5. (Note: Web Standard bundle was discontinued after CS4).

ADOBE SITE LICENSES (Available for Bundles only)
A District must purchase a complete site license for each school location. A District cannot break up site licenses and distribute to multiple schools. A site license covers up to either 250 or 500 ($1000 extra from $250 price) computers at one location and includes "Home User" rights for up to 50 teachers. All site licenses receive a DVD tutorial and copies of curriculum material for an entire year. Site licenses are cross platform. District receives both Mac and Windows media (Site License media is $50).. Pricing below (with 500-user tier in parenthesis).
