Workshop Description:
Given the current (and for the foreseeable future) reality for Maine schools, the format and content for the April 14 event for Maine’s K-12 Technology Integrators and Coaches (TICs) has been modified significantly. The day will now be made up of six 50-minute drop-in collaborative Office Hour sessions over ZOOM - beginning at 9, 10, and 11 AM, and 12, 1, and 2 PM. Hosted by Jim Moulton and Bonny Eagle Tech Coach & ACTEM Board Member Susie Simmons, these peer-to-peer sessions will be a time for sharing what you see working in your school or district’s efforts. In addition, participants will have opportunities to share a challenge and receive peer input around possible solutions.
It will also serve simply as an opportunity for TICs to connect with their peers from across the state. A few benefits of this change:
Participants are welcome to attend as many of the Office Hours as they would like, and are asked not to worry about leaving an Office Hour early… We all understand these are different times! If you have already registered for the April 14 session, you are all set. If you have not yet registered, please register here: http://www.actem.org/event-3786186 ZOOM meeting information will be distributed to registered participants prior to April 14th. Questions?
