Base fee:

1. Gold Sponsorship – $5,000.00
Includes: Recognition at conference, premium exhibit space, After Hours sponsorship, and workshops in the program. Sponsorship can be customized for your company.
2. Silver Sponsorship – $4,000.00

3. Bronze Sponsorsip – $3,000.00
Includes: Recognition at conference, premium exhibit space, After Hours sponsorship, and workshops in the conference program. Check out the Fall 2025 Exhibitor Sponsorship PDF for details.
4. Standard Booth – $1,200.00
Includes 8’ x 15’ space with one table & chairs plus lunch tickets and credentials for two exhibitor representatives.
5. Playground Booth – $2,000.00
Includes a 15’ X 15’ area draped on three sides with a custom layout for tables or playground area. Lunch tickets and credentials for three exhibitor representatives are included.
6. Learning Booths – $2,500.00
Includes a 20’ X 20’ area draped on three sides with hard wired Internet connection, custom number of tables and 10+ seating for a presentation area (upon request). Lunch tickets and credentials for four exhibitor representatives are included.
8. Special Sponsorship – $600.00

ACTEM’s annual fall conference is the largest educational technology event in Maine for teachers, technology staff, librarians, administrators, and all educators. Our two-day conference typically brings together over 500+ attendees and features 80+ workshop sessions and 30+ exhibitors.

ACTEM 2024 After Hours [THUR, Oct. 10th - 6:30-11 PM]

ACTEM is offering our 4th annual social event on Thursday night of our fall conference. Exhibitors are offered sponsorship opportunities for the night’s events or just come as an individual, and enjoy drinks, food, music, and events. After Hours will feature Carl Hooker EduCelebrity and acclaimed author as the MC.

Booth Assignments - ACTEM's Corporate/Vendor member and returning exhibitors from past conferences are given first choice of booth locations. Other companies are assigned booths using the date of registration/payment and booth availability at that time as factors.
