Base fee:

1. Standard Booth – $1,200.00
Includes 8’ x 15’ space with one table & chairs plus lunch tickets and credentials for two exhibitor representatives.
2. Gold Sponsorship – $4,000.00
Includes: Recognition at conference, premium exhibit space, After Hours sponsorship can be customized for your company to include workshops or larger exhibit space.
3. Silver Sponsorship – $3,000.00
Includes: Recognition at conference, premium exhibit space, After Hours sponsorship, and two workshops in the conference program.
4. Bronze Sponsorsip – $2,000.00
Includes: Recognition at conference, premium exhibit space, After Hours sponsorship, and one workshop in the conference program.

ACTEM’s annual fall conference is the largest educational technology event in Maine

for teachers, technology staff, librarians, administrators, and ALL MAINE EDUCATORS. Our two-day conference typically brings together over 500+ attendees and features 80+ workshop sessions and 30+ exhibitors.

Booth Assignments...

ACTEM's Corporate/Vendor member and returning exhibitors from past conferences are given first choice of booth locations.
Other companies are assigned booths using the date of registration/payment and booth availability at that time as factors.
Booth assignments will be available in late August

ACTEM 2026 After Hours [THUR, Oct. 10th - 6:00-11 PM]

ACTEM is offering our 5th annual social event on Thursday night of our fall conference. After Hours will feature Carl Hooker EduCelebrity and acclaimed author as the MC.
