The 2025 theme will provide topics for technology leadership and their staff as they continue to support technology in Maine Schools.
Leaders keep their eyes focused on things, they see what others may not see, they seek out and find solutions. This conference will provide information for our attendees to help with that focus.  Last year's conference brought together approximately 175 of Maine's educational technology leaders.  Join us as we get back together for our 8th annual Spring Leadership Conference!

Keynote Speaker

Corey L. Gordon

Senior National K-12 East Strategist for Education CDWG

He comes from the NYC DOE, where he was an Educational Analyst for the largest school district in the US, serving under the 1st Deputy Chancellor. In this role, Corey focused on the strategic planning of schools in improvement, federal programs, and academic interventions impacting instruction and student achievement, like the English New Learners, Special Education intervention programs, and MTSS. In addition to his outgoing personality, he also brings PreK-12 district experience from the Classroom to the District and National Levels of supervision; and over 20 years of CTE/STEM/STEAM consulting and content creation. Additionally, Corey is a master presenter, delivering high-quality Professional Development for NASA, the Virginia Department of Education, and creating learning/workforce development on Native Reservation territories with the US Department of Education and the White House.

Over the past 2 years, Corey has crafted workforce development, CTE, STEM, and Esports programs for school districts across the East Coast. He also mentored the CDW Legacy Excellence Program (CDW LEP), which supports Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) and HBCU student scholars. This support will be realized through investing in technology and providing leadership fellowships, scholarships, experiences, education, and career opportunities. All these factors help build a more diverse, inclusive, and equitable workforce at CDW.  Corey has also created academic mentorships for college students to mentor in K-12 programs, creating a succession pipeline from middle and high schools to college.

Corey has a master’s degree in Educational Leadership and Curriculum & Instruction.
